I've been toying with the idea of a Naruto template for a while. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijatsu splitting up into Kuchiyose, Eye, etc.
I'm changing all references to "jutsus" to "jutsu", except for the actual name of the page, of course, which is probably a pain and definitely beyond my ability. Third, there are various romanization problems here. Second, this page should be a part of the existing Naruto page. It should be Naruto jutsu, not Naruto jutsu s.
We should ditch the wapuro stuff for circumflexed vowels signifying double vowels.
